UIC students work at the Argonne Quantum Foundry through the Break Through Tech Chicago program, helping automate an important step in the production of diamond membranes for qubits.
Through a Breakthrough Tech Chicago internship, undergraduates Claudia Jimenez, Andrea Muñoz, Aima Qutbuddin, Lisset Rico, Lisette Ruano, and Fernanda Villalpando worked at Argonne National Laboratory on cutting-edge quantum material creation.
